Great Water – One of the best values... we have had their service for sometime. Good water, great price, cheaper then Alhambra. Best Service....delivery is always on time.

Go with Alhambra or anyone else, Save the headaches! – Have been trying for two months to cancel service. They told me we needed to mail in the letter of cancellation. Not trusting them, I sent it certified mail. It was never claimed, and was returned to me after another month had gone by. Meanwhile, they're still charging me, and have not picked up their dispenser. I've never had this problem with another water company. I've filed a complaint with the BBB.

Don't use summit, they won't let you cancel service – I have been trying to cancel my service for 4 months. I finally got someone to call me back and they said they would cancel and they said they would give me a call back to schedual a pick of the bottle but never did and then keeped bring water after that. They never answer the phone ebcause they odn't want people to cancel and only call you back if you don't tell them on the answering machine your calling to cancel. Horrible customer service. Don't use.
