If i could give zero stars i would. They have several people sitting in the waiting hours after their scheduled appointment. My Dad's appointment was scheduled for 2pm we got there at 1:40 and wasn't seen until almost 2 hrs after appointment time. Both waiting rooms filled with patients that are in pain etc waiting hours after their scheduled appointments. These establishments have no problem taking folks money. The doctor and staff were very professional.
Literally the worst I've ever delt with. My appointment was scheduled 4 days prior to my prescription of percocets needing to be refilled. They call me at 4pm the day prior and leave a voicemail that it needs rescheduled because now the office will be closed. They then schedule me for the day of my refill at 345pm. Percocets you need to give to a pharmacy 3 days in advance minimum because of the shortage. I go to summit spine and joint center . The people there were helpful they asked how they can help me Dr Vaid is very thorough he asked what hurts how it hurts and he says what he can do about it he's a very good doctor is respectful and he talks to you not at you I would recommend anyone to go to him he's a great doctor
Very nice people who help me all that they can to make my pain stop. My treatments from Dr. Vai and his staff have been top notch.
