I have owned a hot tub all my life, but I’ve never had an awesome, local hot tub store to go to for my chemicals, etc. Everyone at Summit Spas and Billiards is amazing! We bought our new hot tub from them. Customer Service, Delivery amd Instillation was beyond FIVE STAR! These folks know their stuff. They are kind and intelligent and go above and beyond. Jeff and his staff have been servicing our Spa in Munds Park for many years. We went through a period of battling off a family of burrowing ground squirrels and each time the critters got into the pipe/wiring areas, they came to save the day! 😎

Great customer service. I have a spa and just installed a custom infared sauna, both were bought from Summit Spa's. Jeff and his staff are very helpful with any questions. If you are looking for a spa or sauna I would highly recommend Summit Spa's!!
They have great customer service and I love our hot tub, when we are ready to go bigger we will be back.
We are fairly new spa owners. I had concerns about whether or not I was appropriately balancing all the levels in the spa so I went into the store and asked a TON of questions. The Summit team took their time making sure we knew exactly how to care for our new spa and that we were comfortable managing the chemicals. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything in an easy to understand manner! We would highly recommend using them.
Went in without anything more than a part number and a bad description of what I needed for an outdated hot tub. Walked out with exactly what I needed to fix my hot tub. These guys are great and really know what they are doing. I won’t go anywhere else.
After a disappointing experience with another spa company in town, I lucked out and hired Jeff & his crew to do regular maintenance on our hot tub. I could not be happier. Jeff has proven to me over and over again that he runs his business with honesty, integrity, values, and a deep dedication to his customers that goes way above and beyond what I ever hoped for. I'm a customer for life.
