Honestly the best Hot Tub experience in. Northern CO. There is no reason to go anywhere else in town. Deb, Rich and their team take real pride in treating people correctly and fairly, and treat everyone like family. Their delivery team was extremely professional and courteous, and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience we have had with Summit Spas. We are so happy with our Hot Spring and use it everyday. Thank you Deb, Rich, Cody, Rachelle, Travis, and everyone at Summit, you guys are awesome!
Great experience while buying our salt water hot tub. Everyone was extremely helpful and the setup process was easy.
Whenever I’ve had a question regarding my Endless Pool/Spa, Travis and others at Summit Spas have taken more than enough time to patiently understand my concerns and provide specific solutions. Some of the best customer service I’ve had with any company.
Very happy with our purchase. Our spa was delivered and installed yesterday. It looks great and works great. We went in adamant not to get a saltwater system because of a competitor that told us how awful they are, but after discussing with a rep and researching it we’re so glad to have it. I love how my skin felt after getting out, and I didn’t smell like chlorine. I do think the delivery guys could pay more attention to details, like cleaning out some gunk before filling the tub.
