We called Summit Spas about a leaking hot tub that was still under warranty. Corey was very professional and took care of the issue. The repair was completed in less than 24 hours.
Our circulatory pump for our heater on our hot tub went out and Even though we did not buy our hot tub from them Summit spas sent a tech over immediately and replaced it before it had a chance to freeze up the lines during this cold weather response was very quick and very efficient. Thank you for making sure my hot tub is still running in the cold weather.!
Summit spas Fort Collins is amazing. The staff is so knowledgeable, kind and supportive. They help you EVEN IF YOU have purchased one of their tubs from someone else! I recommend them 100% over other spa stores.
I purchased a HotSprings spa 2 months ago and the Summit Spa employees have been extremely helpful in answering all my questions. They helped me find the perfect spa for a perfect backyard experience. I also cannot recommend the HotSprings / Caldera brand enough over the other brands available today due to the quality of insulation and how silently they filter and heat the water.
We bought our Spa 4 months ago. This company is excellent. Everyone I have worked with is great. Very helpful with any questions you may have. I recommend Summit Spa Fort Collins.
