Terrible company. They STOLE our money. I ordered quantity (100) of a product. Instead, they sent us something different. They do not answer messages through the website and they do not answer the phone. They are thieves!
Is there any way to contact this company? Charged my card and no items shipped.
Terrible company. Purchased 3 8ft poles which were too big to ship through USPS which they did anyways. Summit source charged me $40 shipping and when I went to pick up my package USPS charged me $100 because the package was too big to ship. I have tried to reach out around 15 times. No one will reach back out to me. Avoid these scammers at all cost.
