An excellent company to work with. Their corporate and skilled worker knowledge dealing with everything in the background has made our project experience less stressful.
They are soliciting without a permit in Erie. They are lying to neighbors and saying other homeowners are using their services. They lied to me about a neighbor using their services. They lied to another neighbor saying I am using their services. None of us are using them. I clearly told them I use another company for my roof repairs.

Update: After working with Dave and Kevin on the problems all work was completed in early 2025. 5 stars for turning things around. With recent hail damage, ended up using Summit for all the work insurance covered. The experience was initially good and the roof was replaced in a relative amount of time. However, there has been delays on certain parts of the work (windows/trims/paint) resulting in lot of back and forth with schedules being pushed further to next year for some work completed.
