Dave came highly recommended to me, and I can absolutely see why. He came out quickly to inspect my roof and let me know that overall, it is still in good condition and doesn't need to be replaced right now, which I appreciate. He did find a small hole in my roof and took care of it, along with a few minor maintenance items, which I am very thankful for. Highly Recommended! Completed insurance claim for Roof, Paint entire House, and 5 Windows. All completed with zero hassle on my end. Summit worked with my insurance claim for approvals and dealt with them when insurance was pushing back to save themselves money. All of their contractors were extremely respectful and completed on-time, leaving me with zero cleanup. Summit Team would be my first choice ... The whole process has been painful. We've been working with Mike and his communication is spotty at best. We're 9 months into our contract for services with Summit and the only thing speedy has been their availability to pick up checks from the insurance company. The roofers were delayed by 2 months (roof finally replaced almost 5 months after we agreed to sign with Summit), and we're still waiting for our windows.
