I have been trying for nearly a month to get help fixing a solar system that Summit Solar installed. It is still under warranty. The fact that they don't have a customer service phone line and are impossible to reach by phone is a huge red flag that their customer service is bad. BUYER BEWARE! They will do everything to get your money but when there is an issue they will send you to a third party. The third party and Summit will not return calls or emails. After a few months they will advise you that third party no longer services your area and refers you to ANOTHER third party. After months of no contact, That third party will finally make contact and tell you will charge you almost $1000 to travel to fix your system.
