They repaired my car and did an excellent job. They are all super friendly & professional. They keep you updated. I highly recommend this business❣️
Very slow, receptionist doesn't know what's going on & told me so. She's also highly strung & very rude. I'm taking my car anywhere but there.

Terrible....we put a claim in over 6 months ago and haven't heard anything We tried calling several times, as did our insurance,no answer . Finally someone answers the call after days and they have no idea what's going on. A courtesy call would have been great to update us, but nothing. Cooma smash repairs here we come!
I’m really disappointed with the lack of organization and communication. My car’s completion date kept getting pushed back, and when they finally told me it would be ready today, I called ahead—only to find out it still wasn’t done. If they knew it would take longer, better updates would have been appreciated, especially for customers who don’t live locally. A few days have passed since I wrote that review.
