Karen at Summit Self Storage couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. She keeps the property in each unit spectacularly clean, which for me is a huge plus. There is also plenty of room to maneuver, as well as equipment to use. I rest comfortable knowing all of my belongings are safely secured at Summit Self Storage.
I wasn't always on time with my payments but the people at Summot Self Storage in Mills River was always courteous and understanding. Yes, I paid a late fee every time I was late, but I never once got a harassing phone call, email, etc. The facility was always clean!! And they are the ONLY storage place that has their own moving truck that I could use for free, just had to fill gas tank when I was done. Highly recommend!
Michelle, the facility manager, made the whole experience of renting a storage unit with Storehouse a seamless, friendly and easy process. The 10x20 garage space is exactly what I need for my car and superfluous belongings while I travel. The area and gated system feels safe and reliable. Would recommend this spot!
Property maintenance is severely lacking. Gate has been stuck open for months, allowing access to absolutely anyone day or night with no security. Outdoor storage spaces are littered with screws, nails, etc. It's a good thing tires are cheap................ Outdoor storage area is a muddy mess when it rains. Maintaining the gravel is too much to ask? At least half of the outdoor parking spaces are not labeled identifying their number, so you really don't know if you're parking in your spot, or someone else’s.... This has res... read more
If zero stars was an option I'd be leaving a 0. Beware of shady business practices when doing business with this facility. Added comment...this response shows their incompetence. I do not have any units here and never will.
