I am so thankful to have connected with Summit Storage. Affordable storage is the 1st thing to acknowledge. I also want to say the best customer service a person could ask for beyond just storage needs. The staff are always willing to help you if needed & the security/ gated faculty gives me peace of mind.. I have been with them almost a year & I haven't seen any mice traffic nor other critters. I’ve received outstanding service here at Summit Self Storage in Mills River! Last year when I was moving out of state I used them and reserved their truck for donating items. Ray was so sweet & helpful. Now I am moving back and I am having to out everything into storage temporarily and the new manager Kim was super helpful and even brought us water bottles and checked on us before leaving for the day. Thank you for making a terrible move with many issues better with your kindness and outstanding guest service!
Clean, Convenient, Safe and very well managed. I highly recommend this facility. Kim, the Property Manager, is amazing. She was super helpful, kind, and really cares about the facility and her customers.
