After calling the office and the folks who answer after the manager doesn't answer for the last 5 days and Chatting online I finally got someone who resolved my problem. Her name is BARBARA!!!! She actually read the notes from all my previous calls. I just can't understand why the office in Awendaw just doesn't answer the phone. He could have resolved the problem and my review would have been much higher. He could have answered the phone and explained everything like BARBARA did!!! Great storage. Super clean. The staff is awesome.
Staff at the Awendaw location are always friendly and helpul. Facility is convenient and well kept. They communicate information timely and well. Just wish they didn’t keep hiking the rates every 3-6 months.
