1. No one ever answers the Phone 2. I was not given a senior discount nor told to provide my insurance policy so I did not have to pay for their insurance. 3. After calling the office and the folks who answer after the manager doesn't answer for the last 5 days and Chatting online I finally got someone who resolved my problem. Her name is BARBARA!!!! She actually read the notes from all my previous calls. I just can't understand why the office in Awendaw just doesn't answer the phone. He could have resolved the problem and my review would have been much higher. He could have answered the phone and explained everything like BARBARA did!!!
