Summit Security is very professional Thank you for your professionalism and help last night. The noise was terrible and my neighbors have been an ongoing problem. When I called Summit, my call was answered quickly and by someone extremely professional. Within minutes, the officer was at the door asking them to quiet down. I asked the dispatcher to please call me to let me know that the officer handled it. As promised, the dispatcher called me back and let me know it was taken care of. Summit Security bad business; do not work for. Do not work for this security company, they lie, will not back you up, very cheap company, summit has trouble paying overtime pay, and will try and keep your uniform deposit. They will also try and lower your pay amount during hirering. They also do not answer the phone at night when you need them. I have worked for many security co, summit security is the worst experience I have ever encountered.
Summit Security is great I have worked for Summit security for five years and think they are great. I show up on time, do my job and follow my post orders so I have a great time here. I could see others who don't know how to do this have troubles. There is a bonus based on performance. You don't do the job, you don't get the money. So i could see why another may complain. However, if you are a good employee you will like working here. If you are not- go somewhere else. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great security ... read more
