Horrible experience! Very rude to customers and the staff were arguing with each other. Made for a very uncomfortable environment to be in.

grandiosity, demanding unrealistic expectations from employees, not trusting their team - temperamental manager. This falls on the entire company as a whole as in reality it is one person who needs to be addressed.
