I don’t understand places like this who only sell to “licensed professionals”. I get it, some of the products have chemicals and you probably don’t want kids getting into that. But refusing to sell products to full grown adults makes no sense. Do you not like money? No professional has ever been able to do my hair better than myself. Why would I pay a “professional” when I can do a better job myself for a fraction of the cost. Get real. People are allowed to do their own hair and they don’t need a degree to do it.

Since changing the store with staff a few years back, this is by far the best wholesale store yet! Everyone is educated on most products and if they aren't they immediately go ask. Very professional yet friendly. It's definitely worth switching product lines to Redken for a great experience. ** Their sales staff who go out to salons are also friendly.
