Love getting my products at Summit Salon! The staff are always friendly and very helpful! Great selection of my favourites hair products and I know I am going to be happy when I leave. Will continue shopping here!
The girls here are great. Always welcomed with a smile
Customer service is lacking here. Particularly with one employee. Not sure why it’s a continuous problem with only one person. Won’t be back. Spent over $100 here and she didn’t give me a bag and then told me she needed to charge me for one. I had a large amount of awkward stuff to carry, you would think someone would think to ask if a client wanted a bag. I’ve also never paid for bags here so not sure why she couldn’t just give me one, but yet again, only this employee I ever have an issue with. Maybe one day when she no lo... read more
