My best friend has been living inside the Summit Ridge Apartments for awhile. And I have always enjoyed hanging out there. I could say that along with that it made me feel like his place was my second home. He didn't seem to have hardly any complaints that I heard about in regards to the front desk there or the maintenance being done when needed or having any bad neighbors. So I'm deciding between moving into the Summit Ridge Apartments myself or two other apartment complexes that I've seen.
My refrigerator showed up this morning, Wednesday, March 19 and the maintenance guy who brought it up was very nice, polite and caring of the property, mine and the apartment property. Installed the refrigerator and I am very happy about it. Thank you so much. I’m very thankful for you Summit. Taking care of it at the very soonest and speed that you put the order in and had it placed into my apartment. Thank you!
I've lived her for about 3 years now and I like it for the most part. If your looking for a place with reliable A/C for the summer, this place is not the place. I've had to buy more than 5 fans in my house to run basically all year every year. So, if you don't mind having to basically buy your own cooler system then yeah this is an okay place to live.
I regret to say that my experience living in this apartment complex has been far from satisfactory. From the start, there were significant issues that made my stay very challenging. When I first moved in, I was without hot water for nearly two months, and water disruptions were frequent throughout my lease. If your looking for good rent prices this is the place. Management goes the extra mile to get you in, the management team works extra hard for there tenets they are very nice and super approachable.
