DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX!!!!!!!!!! I don't understand what's going on in this apartment complex lately. It's always been not that great, but it is absolutely insane. Now, how many unhoused drug addicts are living in apartments that are empty Because they're breaking into them, there is more tinfoil. This place is a dump now management won't do anything about it homeless junkies leveling in vacant units broken windows everywhere burnt tinfoil everywhere homeless camp in the back parking lot if you call 911 about anything they will just hang up on you stary away from

I’m giving this 2 stars only because of the local staff. Specifically, one of the ladies in the office stepped up and bought 200 window units out of her own pocket because the property owners refuse to fix the chiller system that has been broken for nearly a month. It’s a sad day when an employee has to use their own paycheck to ensure residents have a habitable home (it’s been 80+ degrees in my unit) while the actual owners stay silent and let the building fall apart. *they deleted my review, but I persist.* I would NOT recommend living here. Yes rent is cheap, yes office people are nice, yes maintenance workers come quickly SOMETIMES if they do ever come at all. I’ve had no AC since my lease started in February. The apartments work with a chiller so they can turn your ac on and off when they want to (or just not all because it’s always broken/ missing parts they can’t get because it’s a system from the 50’s.) Yesterday we drove inside the apartment to just see how it is? Oh my, we couldn’t find a normal person hanging around there. Everyone seemed to be on drugs and homeless. Old cars stopped and broken. Trash that never moved out. It was so sad to see such a place exist in Tucson. City should close this apartment. It is a hub for addiction.
