*they deleted my review, but I persist.* I would NOT recommend living here. Yes rent is cheap, yes office people are nice, yes maintenance workers come quickly SOMETIMES if they do ever come at all. I’ve had no AC since my lease started in February. The apartments work with a chiller so they can turn your ac on and off when they want to (or just not all because it’s always broken/ missing parts they can’t get because it’s a system from the 50’s.) No thermostat either. My apartment was consistently 84°+ every night throughout... read more

Rent is cheap ($915 for 1 bdrm. All bills included. Cable and wifi are no longer included) But the location is not good. A supplemental AC unit will be needed to keep your place adequately cool in the summer. The provided AC is not sufficient. The homeless like to hangout here and they drop their meth foils everywhere. Summit has hired security whom I used to see often but they seem to have stopped doing rounds lately. Police presence is frequent, which is good and needed. Unfortunately, they are normally responding to calls... read more

The place is great unfortunately the homeless junkies have moved into the neighborhood and vandalized and trashed this and surrounding areas. They turned a nice looking great place into a scary place. I know they can't control who is outside though s they do try,, it's not their fault. Theyre working on taking care of it but the junkies don't care and keep coming back and undoing all the work. Other than that it's a great place.

Yesterday we drove inside the apartment to just see how it is? Oh my, we couldn’t find a normal person hanging around there. Everyone seemed to be on drugs and homeless. Old cars stopped and broken. Trash that never moved out. It was so sad to see such a place exist in Tucson. City should close this apartment. It is a hub for addiction.

Being left waiting at their front door with another group of strangers while the office clerks take a 2+ hour lunch is crazy. Boards on broken windows in every building. Starting to think that maybe this place wasn't the home I was hoping for. Shame, I've been sitting outside your front door for an hour with my security deposit ready and no one is here. Lots of potential to be a good complex but they clearly need some help and some better workers. Update: They had someone inside who didnt see people waiting outside. They ... read more
