BEWARE! Summit did poor work on my roof and then lied about it. They removed the original copper flashing during replacement and never reinstalled it, leaving only caulk, which failed and caused major leaks and interior damage. When confronted, they denied flashing was ever there (I have photos proving otherwise) and made excuses that weren’t true. We had our roof replaced 5 years ago and have been very happy with the work that Summit Renovations did when they installed the roof. I would also add that when I called today to ask a question, they were available to answer my call and then were organized enough on the office side of things to easily pull my file and answer the question which was very much appreciated. So, all around, we are very happy with our choice to replace our roof with Summit Renovations.
