BEWARE! Summit did poor work on my roof and then lied about it. They removed the original copper flashing during replacement and never reinstalled it, leaving only caulk, which failed and caused major leaks and interior damage. When confronted, they denied flashing was ever there (I have photos proving otherwise) and made excuses that weren’t true. We had our roof replaced 5 years ago and have been very happy with the work that Summit Renovations did when they installed the roof. I would also add that when I called today to ask a question, they were available to answer my call and then were organized enough on the office side of things to easily pull my file and answer the question which was very much appreciated. So, all around, we are very happy with our choice to replace our roof with Summit Renovations.

Called and spoke with Edward Rodgers this morning. Needed someone to look at our roof due to a home inspection comment. Ed came over in less than an hour and provided an evaluation. Great service. Make sure you call Summit.

Edward stands by there we work... I had a roof replaced 2 years ago and the last severe rain from hurricane Debbie I experienced a leak and he came out to evaluate the problem. After inspection we determined the leak was coming from the chimney and siding not a roof issue and he sealed the problem without issue. Summit Renovations stands by there job!
