Watch your insurance's explanation of benefits (EOB) closely! I have billings from July and August that have not been paid by my insurance because of Summit's non-response. They have been officially denied because Summit couldn't manage to send information within 45 days. 45 days!! I had to stop going to physical therapy here as I wasn't willing to take on the additional financial risk. I had no problems at Cascade. If you get an EOB requesting additional information, follow up and then go elsewhere.
It's not bad. Kind of a weird place. I got there and they had some college kid running around right in the front area by the door with his loud sandals or shoes smacking the ground. Didn't seem like the most appropriate place for that, I found it annoying. The physical therapist I had was ok, not much of a personality to speak of.
Love it here! I actually did some research on where to go for physical therapy and so glad I chose them. Lisa is awesome! :)
