Excellent experience! We are first-time clients and are very impressed. We called Summit to look at our commercial refrigerator, which was squealing in our bakery. They answered the phone promptly, were friendly, and scheduled us for a service call. I am the executive kitchen manager for the Scarberry Restaurant Group. Summit Refrigeration services our three restaurants; Union Station Grill, Square Mile Public House and Newtown Food and Spirits. Fantastic, knowledgable guys, great customer service, best prices in the business. We go to Summit for all our equipment issues, installation, equipment servicing etc. they always have the answer and if they don’t, they find a way to make it work! So the story it was that I called the office and they said they’re not longer taken in new customers then through My Friend I have other number I was not knowing that they are the same company and when the guy respond to me I even forgot his name he said he would be stopping by that Thursday or that Friday which is last week make us waiting for him for 5 days and then he won’t pick up the phone calls texted me back saying that’s all we already told you we don’t take any new customers after he told me that he wouldn’t stop by... read more
