I had a strange bill from and a collection agency called so I contacted Summit radiology. They were very polite and corrected the error immediately.
Front desk staff are very rude. The firm keeps sending me nasty notices to pay a bill that I paid many months ago (on time), despite my providing them proof of payment. Recently they've stopped answering calls completely, so it impossible to even talk with anyone.
