Jordan is my first experience with a therapist, and I was very hesitant to give it a try. He has been very welcoming and made me feel comfortable to explore my feelings and emotions while giving me useful tools to use in my daily interactions with others.
Spent time before summit psychology as an outpatient at the Foothills hospital for panic attacks. After attending my 12 sessions I used Summit Psychology to continue mental health treatment. Jordan has helped me delve into using goal driven metrics to work and improve my anxiety and deeper underlying issues that contributed.
I am so glad that I found Summit Psychology. Jordan uses a science/research approach and has been amazing at helping me deal with anxiety and trauma issues. I have done therapy over the years for anxiety, and at my first appointment with Jordan, he said something no other therapist had said to me. Then he explained the whys behind it (which for me is what I need). He has also opened my world up to ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), and I have conquered so much.
