This review is solely based on interactions with the receptionist Valerie and some confusion over the Physical address of the new location. WellSpan isn’t exactly known for the quality of their customer service. Despite this situation everyone that I’ve interacted with over the years had been nice and pleasant, the kind of thing you would expect from your local doctors office. Very caring staff listen to your concerns. Explain in plain words you can understand.
I try not to visit the doc’s unless I am in desperate need, but since having freak seizes start at 40+yrs old, I see Dr. Bonebrake & she really is a very nice & considerate person. Im not sure there’s much to be done for this except stay on the meds for now. But every time I need them, everyone I talk to is really amazing & usually makes my procrastination so much more bearable that it should be;). Thank you.
