SHEENA- Please tell me who you were on the phone with in a back office while I'm waiting in an exam room within EARSHOT that I can hear you discussing my chart/diagnosis. I remember you chuckling about something and saying something about "lets just take that diagnosis out of there". I then have problems with my patient portal, changes made, things I'd seen which I've never been diagnosed with AND it continues to the next state I live in, on another portal, etc etc etc etc
This review is solely based on interactions with the receptionist Valerie and some confusion over the Physical address of the new location. WellSpan isn’t exactly known for the quality of their customer service. Despite this situation everyone that I’ve interacted with over the years had been nice and pleasant, the kind of thing you would expect from your local doctors office. You won’t get that kind of treatment from Valerie! She is extremely confrontational, unhinged, disrespectful, arrogant and condescending. Let’s just s... read more
