good luck reaching someone by phone. I've been bounced around an auto system for the last 15 minutes and still haven't been able to talk to someone.
I was sitting in the room waiting to see my doctor. I left the door open. Another doctor, Dr. Cantone, stopped just outside the room I was in. I could clearly hear him talking my doctor's ear off for ten minutes about his personal life. He went on and on about his wife, how much it sucked to be back at work, and a bunch of other personal stuff. When he finally walked away, I thought my doctor would come in and see me.
