I had called to see if they sold lawn mower filters, which they said they did. When I arrived and walked in the door carrying my old dirty filter, a staff member emerged from the back carrying the exact new replacement. This is what I call superb, over the top customer service. The part was only 10 dollars, tax included, and the service I received was what I would describe as extraordinary superior service unequal to many PG retailers. Top Marks to Summit Power Tools. Great folks great service
Stopped in today looking for a drive belt for my Husqvarna snow blower and they had 1! The guys working there were very helpful and had me on my way in no time! Ill probably be back in spring and get the snowblower serviced by a professional before next winter.
