I'll be the first to admit that while I can troubleshoot a bit, my knowledge of small engine vehicles is minimal. So when white smoke started coming out of my lawnmower recently I was concerned as I also have no access to a truck to bring it to be serviced. Summit Power Tools were VERY kind enough to make time for me in their schedule and they sent Steve out to pick up my lawnmower. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Got my saw fixed and bought some chain. I was in and out and a great price.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. I arrived looking for a snowblower and left less than 30 minutes later with what i was looking for, so far so good. Great experience Thanks
So called in to see how much a tune up on my chainsaw was they quoted 90-120(I also asked when I dropped my saw off guy said the same thing 90-120) 2 weeks later finally got a call saying chainsaw was done, Yes Finally!!!! But get the bill and…..280 dollars!!!!! a phone call would’ve been appreciated! or ask me if I wanted to go forward with that work like comon guys, will be taking my business elsewhere that will actually call me saying what it needs and how much before doing the work. Sorry, not sorry
