Do not do business with these people! They are blood suckers! 3 years ago I purchased a building from them on time. The cash price for the building would have been a little over 8000. My intentions were to pay it off early as they claim to have an incentive to do so! Each time I was ready to do so, the pay off price was 3000 higher than what the statements were showing due to all kinds of fees! To date I have paid roughly 12,500.00 dollars on that building!
