We hired William A Kopfler Jr , owner of Summit Builders LLC (also operating as Summit Pool Services) to renovate our pool, deck, and driveway. After paying over $50,000, the work was left incomplete, poorly executed, and eventually abandoned altogether. Will and his crew started off great - replaced skimmers and re-coated pool deck. Final $400+ worth of pump/filter work left undone. And he’s “ghosting” me on text and phone calls.
Will and his crew did a great job on my pool renovation. All expectations were met without question. Even did a few extra things to go above and beyond Thanks for a great job
We Had a Broken Pump.. We Called Summit Pools After Our Pool Was Changing Colors. Our Serviceman had it Back To Crystal Clear by the Next Morning. 💧
Terrible company. Left my pool a mess. Don’t trust. Please don’t pay until job is complete. Just awful.
