Poor work
I paid a deposit for a pool heater, but the transaction was never completed. At the time, I later discovered that no active contractor’s license was listed for this business. It was also very difficult to reach or locate Mr. Kopfler through the addresses provided. Ultimately, the matter was not resolved and I did not receive the product or service I expected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
We hired William A Kopfler Jr , owner of Summit Builders LLC (also operating as Summit Pool Services) to renovate our pool, deck, and driveway. After paying over $50,000, the work was left incomplete, poorly executed, and eventually abandoned altogether. Will and his crew started off great - replaced skimmers and re-coated pool deck. Final $400+ worth of pump/filter work left undone. And he’s “ghosting” me on text and phone calls.
Will and his crew did a great job on my pool renovation. All expectations were met without question. Even did a few extra things to go above and beyond Thanks for a great job
