Great experience, very detailed work and very happy with the job
Such a great experience! They took great care of me from the initial interaction at host desk. Then the staff explained thoroughly what was to be expected. I felt safe and well informed. The procedures went smoothly. I ended up getting multiple family members to switch to this dentist office because of their perfect service. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you again!
Like others have mentioned, be wary of their Invisalign online promotion. Went in for an Invisalign quote after seeing their $2,500 Invisalign ad online. They told me after looking at my teeth that the “usual price is 5,000 but they’d do it for me for 4,000” Felt really scammy since their online ad said 2,500. When I pressed them on this they said that the 2,500 is for teeth that don’t need much work at all. I asked for even a $500 discount to 3,500. I shopped around for dental implants and visited several offices before deciding on this one. Their price for the implant and crown was very reasonable, which is what initially brought me in. I went in for an implant consult. I absolutely loved the wonderful greeting and welcome from the receptionist. The dental assistant was wonderful as well as the dentist. I was all set to schedule when I met with the financial consultant. The prices the quoted were not the prices I was given when I saw the add on Facebook and called.
