Bradley provided two Ouotes Promptly was not pushy and was happy to change to Thermann smart heater controlled by WiFi to take advantage of of peak tariffs. They were on date on time cleanly attired courteous the work was very tradesman like replacing all necessary valves and pipework and removing the old hot water service and leaving the job site very clean that is why I have given them a five-star rating.my mane is Ken Tucker And work was carried out at a rental property in Greta..

A 5-star plumbing experience for our bathroom renovation. From initial contact, through to quote and completion Brad from Summit was easy to contact, willing to go beyond (i.e. multiple pre-install inspections), he was always on-time and had a positive problem-solving attitude to any situation that came up. I called Brad Tuesday afternoon after having no water in the kitchen for a few days, arranged to come today, arrived on time, explained the issue which he and Cameron fixed on the spot. Very impressed with the prompt service and clear communication. Thank you A++++

Very prompt response to initial text message and attended property same day. Brad cleared a very blocked kitchen sink and the fee was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again.
