After visiting this location for service on my 2022 Kia Soul, I found the service to be fast, professional, and courteous. I called the service center for an appointment and there weren't any representatives available (this location is regularly very busy). I left a message and my call was promptly returned within about 2 hours. I scheduled my appointment and was good to go.
