Absolutely stellar customer experience every time I need anything from the service department. They don't try to sell additional sevices beyond the manual, prices are fair, people are friendly and they do good work. Highly recommend.

Purchased a new car about a month or so ago. I’ve had to get a minor issue fixed and a normal oil change / service. Dealing with Marcus in the service department has been truly a great experience. Any question or concern he takes care of instantly. Great communication. I’m hoping to have many years of this excellent service while owning my k5.
Do NOT PURCHASE a vehicle here unless you are comfortable opening up a case with The Bureau of Consumer Protection and The Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Team. And you will spend 11 months trying to obtain that title to the car you paid off and now OWN. They will NOT give it to you unless you go through every avenue. If you go into the dealership, you will be met with staff telling you it’s your fault for purchasing that car through them and they will tell you to leave. I have been going to them since I got my Telluride in 2022. This place has gone down the dumps! They have Kate an AI and you can never reach anyone. I left my car in the morning for service and have been trying for the last HOUR to try and reach ANYONE to tell me what is going on and when to pick it up. I contacted sales person and he connected me to manager and he wouldn't pick up either and I left message there. Never going back to them again after this!
