The worst experience I ever had attempting to get an oil change

I took my 2023 Sportage back because not only did it have 2 recalls, it has an oil leak and the coolant resevoir was almost empty. I went to pick it up 3 days later and was handed a bill for $366.84. I was very surprised seems how I purchased the new vehicle there with the understanding that it had a 100,000 mile/10 year warranty. Jeremy in service claimed that coolant evaporates and as long as it leaks less than a quarter of oil every 1000 miles it is considered acceptable. I would have rated them higher because in the past, they had serviced my car timely. However, this time, I left unhappy. I have a 2023 Sorento Prestige LIne. This was not a cheap car. I have less than 13,000 miles on it (it has a 100,000 mile warranty), The radio, the USB charging ports, and Bluetooth stopped working. I took it in, and they told me that it needed a software update in order for those things to work again and that I would need to pay for it! Pay for an update to make systems in the car function?
