Has been a good experience so far. I moved in beginning of February as a subleaser. They were kind enough to get the cleaning company in here before my move in (however it delayed my move in for about 2 weeks. Not the worst tho.) they keep the common areas super well Kept, the front desk is very officiant. Only down side is the parking. Kind of "fend for yourself" kind of deal, unless you want to pay for the parking deck (however it's about $250/ month!!) Overall nice for college community and good location to downtown.
