I really wonder how capable this place is at taking care of the elderly. My 79 year old mother worked there as a loyal employee until very recently and had to resign suddenly due to illness. Not a single soul from Summit has reached out to her or offered the most basic of well-wishes.
I recently had an emergency situation occur with my Mother who lives in the AL facility at Summit Place. Since I live out of town I was not able to be there to assist getting my mother to the doctor for what did not at the time appear to be an emergency. Upon seeing the doctor however it was determined that Mom’s eyesight was at risk.
