There is simply no way to describe this complex other than excellent. Everything from the cleanliness of the grounds and laundry area, to the spacious interiors of the units themselves and the extremely good value to the area itself makes this complex a diamond to be found. The Manager, Elanie Lamas, keeps this standard byalways updating the tenants with any news and easily being reachable for any questions. She has been a great asset to this site!
After a long search for an affordable apartment in Moreno Valley, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall appearance of Summit Place, from the landscaping to the cleanliness and size of the actual apartments. I appreciated Elanie's friendly and professional demeanor, which represented pride in her work and the property. I look forward to eventually becoming a tenant.
I've lived here for more than 3 years and I have to admit that out of anywhere I've lived by far this is the best in all aspects. Management is on top of everything and Noone gets special treatment but it's all for the good cause so everyone respects one another and gets to lived in a peaceful environment. Elle is very understanding, will hear you out then approach the situation but overall doesn't take advantage of anyone. Thank you Elle for keeping this place safe and secure
