We have been loyal to this office for 17 years, the service has declined dramatically. The front office is extremely rude and dismissive, often sighing heavily while doing their job. When I went recently, I was treated with no respect, even after all this time. When calling to make new appointments, calls often go ignored for extended periods of time. they are very rude, and inconsiderate. they give minimal consideration and they give you a 5 minute grace period when anything can happen in traffic. children be sick and having other things going on and they do not help you.
