Dr. Mathew is great, but his staff is absolutely horrendous. I was informed when trying to make an appt this week that we had gone to collection on a $75 balance & were fired as patients. We received no communication while in the office at least once after the appointment in question (rcvd nothing by phone or mail) and our son was a patient for 8 years (as are all my nieces.) Tried to pay with the office manager immediately who was a monster by phone, & told me no. So callous, not worth it!
