Hello, my name is Michelle Warner I’ve been a patient with Max Engelman for about 8 years. I was given an exam received a prescription, I called a month later to pick up my prescription eyeglasses but I never got called back. I sincerely need my glasses. I’ve reached out for help with this for months now. I only want to pick up my prescription eyeglasses.
STAY AWAY for the establishment! My husband had been a patient here for several years as he deals with glaucoma. Recently at his latest appointment he arrived and was told he wouldn't be seeing his Dr. but instead a new provider. Needless to say my husband was quite shocked as he had not received any notification that his previous Dr, whom gave him top notch care, was no longer there until he arrived for this appointment. Dr Jarvi and the whole staff made me very comfortable and at ease from the first visit right up to surgery. They all explained what was going to happen and options that I had. So excited with the fact surgery went extremely well...no more glasses and things are so much clearer. Thank You.
