STAY AWAY for the establishment! My husband had been a patient here for several years as he deals with glaucoma. Recently at his latest appointment he arrived and was told he wouldn't be seeing his Dr. but instead a new provider. Needless to say my husband was quite shocked as he had not received any notification that his previous Dr, whom gave him top notch care, was no longer there until he arrived for this appointment.
