Buyer Beware! I purchased a 2018 Ford Escape from Summit Palace (Lou ) on 8/27/25. Within two weeks the engine catastrophically failed and two independent mechanics confirmed the damage predated the sale. Lou at first refused to do anything to help even blaming me for it. Embarrassing. I went to look at a 2017 GMC Terrain. The original price was $12,000 and I looked online and saw they dropped it to $9,999 like it was some kind of deal. After inspection it turned out to be a wreck — 3 accidents they never mentioned, leaking transmission and exhaust, bald tires, blown struts, coolant completely empty, a horrible paint job on the front end, everything misaligned, and MUCH more — over $5,000 in repairs just to make it safe and drivable.
