My family has owned a condominium in the Aspens for >25 years and have never really had a reason to complain until these last 2 years (2016 and 2017). I get home to my condo (2311 Yarrow) and there is 4-5 feet of snow on the roofs. I know that our condos are well built but is AMI running a test to see how much snow they can hold before they collapse?
