Zach helped me understand the options I had to support my feet, and the front office staff were very helpful explaining how the billing works. Whenever I go into thier office they have always been on time which is always appreciated.
I adore and love everyone there!!!! Sprague has been there with me over 12. Years since my amputation and has done nothing but went above and beyond for me!!!!!!
I absolutely love these guys they truly take the time to get to know the patient and their situation/needs. They were very thorough with measuring and fitting to make absolutely sure my prosthetic was going to and does fit correctly. At each appointment, I felt seen, heard, and very well taken care of. All of the office staff has been very helpful and encouraging through my healing and transition process. They all rejoice with me in all of my progress in learning to function normally again!
I cannot make an appointment. Tried to call twice. They have to have a referral in hand to even make an appointment. I have worn orthotics for 20+ years. My insurance covers orthotics. Not good customer service.
