I absolutely love these guys they truly take the time to get to know the patient and their situation/needs. They were very thorough with measuring and fitting to make absolutely sure my prosthetic was going to and does fit correctly. At each appointment, I felt seen, heard, and very well taken care of. All of the office staff has been very helpful and encouraging through my healing and transition process. They all rejoice with me in all of my progress in learning to function normally again!
I cannot make an appointment. Tried to call twice. They have to have a referral in hand to even make an appointment. I have worn orthotics for 20+ years. My insurance covers orthotics. Not good customer service.
very poor customer service. Spoke with Scott at the front desk several times and pretty much he referred me to their competitor (Pacific Medical). I was surprised but it worked out even better.
Rude desk lady but amazing doctor
Sprage and the team are amazing. They have given Me back a life I haven't had for 5 years. They are always on top of things and always make sure my comfort and needs are met. Thank You!! John LBKA
