Summit is currently under investigation by my insurance company's fraud department for having me see two doctors at $492 each, telling me they'd perform a procedure, provide information about said procedure, and later tell me my insurance doesn't cover it and tried to get me to purchase physical therapy. I feel I was exploited for insurance money, and that's what the fraud department will determine in its investigation.
