Excellent doctor, had my right knee replaced it's not a easy thing to have done and it take a lot of work just like he said but I would have it done again well worth it.
The lady that answers the phone Evelyn is completely rude and needs better people person skills.. She is a toral witch and i will never take my loved ones or myself to this office due to Evelyn being so rude! Id give 0 stars of it was an option!
Dr. Chow did a complete knee replacement for me in Sept. 2019. I could not be happier. I was completely confident in him from my first visit in his office. He answered any question I had and informed me of every step. I feel Dr. Chow looks at his patients on an individual basis and that is very important to me and important to my recovery. I would recommend him to anyone. His office is easy to work with and very friendly and professional.
Dr. Chow is extremely professional and caring. He and his wonderful staff made a stressful injury feel less traumatic and sort of fun. Highly recommend. He is a first-class, five-star doctor!
Dr. Chow is very condescending, defensive, and doesn't want to hear anything you have to say. He even argued on how l was thrown from a ladder. I think being at least 20 years older than him, l know the difference between falling and being thrown. If l knew he was there when it happened, l would have asked him to help me up. He has some work to do with his people skills, but guess he doesn't care because of shortage of Dr's and over busy here in the high desert. Waist of time for me.
