Had our first appointment yesterday, even before the appointment they called and made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen during the appointment. They were so friendly and made sure to ask if I had any questions. Very knowledgeable and made my 9 year old feel very comfortable to ask questions and speak. We were in and out quickly. Never had to to wait long to see anyone. They made sure we were seen by our appointment time. Looking forward to working with them through this whole process with my child!
Unfortunately, our experience at Summit Orthodontics was far from what I had hoped for. My 9-year-old son was taken back for X-rays without me, and no one explained that he would be gone alone for an extended period of time. He has a major medical condition—type one diabetes—and things can change quickly for him. I had no idea if the person doing the X-rays was even aware of his condition. Dr. B and team are absolutely amazing! Friendly, professional, helpful and caring. Both of my kids received the best care and absolute best smiles. We are so happy with Summit Orthodontics and highly recommend to everyone!
