We showed up this morning for my 19 y/o wisdom teeth removal surgery only to have to walk back out because this office doesn’t make any pre-op calls. A 2-1/2 min preop call would have caught a med change (initial consult was 4 mths ago) that requires a different protocol than the “no eating/drinking after midnight”. He got a text message with a reminder of the “after midnight” rule, so that’s what he followed. Such amazing staff
Dr. Sclafani and his assistant Ashley were wonderful! I knew exactly what was going on at all times and I felt very comfortable there. I don't like going to the dentist let alone oral surgeon but my experience here was the best I could ask for. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely go back if needed.
I have been to this office twice and the staff is amazing..From the receptionist, assistants and Dr. Sciafani who took the time to explain the procedure in great detail so I could understand my options. I highly recommend all of them and I am closer to all the other locations but I will drive the extra distance for this compassionate and caring staff!
