view is beautiful, but staff is super rude… 4 different staff at different moments mistreated us for no reason. When you pay usd 60 per person to get to a viewpoint, the minimum expected is to be treated well. Also, it is very crowded…
SUMMIT One Vanderbilt offers a different experience compared to many other observation decks in NYC. The entrance is located inside Grand Central Terminal, on the lower level. We didn’t have to wait long, but during busy times, it may be a good idea to buy tickets in advance. Besides the main mirrored area, there is also the Levitation section and an outdoor terrace. For a memorable NYC experience, I definitely think it should be on your list.
