There is no personal care for patients here.. they act like they like you and the moment you have any type of complaint about anything they just end the relationship… you don’t believe me? They literally have signs when you check in that say any disrespect at all and you will be kicked out lol.. I wasn’t involved in any outburst of any sorts but people have real health problems and it’s frustrating when nobody cares so you are going to have some passionate people from time to time. I adore my Dr. Bridgman. The Receptionists & Nurses & Lab Tech are so professional yet genuinely friendly.
I really like Dr Deo. So nice and friendly. I do wish it wasn’t so booked out though. It can be difficult to see your personal provider quickly. They could use more doctors to lessen the load amount each other. That being said I have never had a Dr office that called me and checked on me after er visits. They have done so every time. I felt seen and cared for.
