I was a patient of Summit for over 20+ years, which makes this especially difficult to write. In May 2025, I specifically requested bloodwork due to prior colon polyps and concern about cancer. My tumor marker came back elevated, and I reached out through the patient portal for follow-up. I never received a response. By October, I was in severe pain and returned to the office. There is no personal care for patients here.. they act like they like you and the moment you have any type of complaint about anything they just end the relationship… you don’t believe me? They literally have signs when you check in that say any disrespect at all and you will be kicked out lol.. I wasn’t involved in any outburst of any sorts but people have real health problems and it’s frustrating when nobody cares so you are going to have some passionate people from time to time.
