I have done my last 3 DOT physicals with this location. Georgia changed to an electronic reporting system for medical cards. This system is new for everyone. I went to renew my license to find out my medical card was not seen by the State of Georgia. The DDS told me to get the medical provider to resubmit the physical card. I went to Piedmont Occupational with all of my paperwork that they gave me for the physical to include a paper medical card. Came here to do a pre employment drug screening and waited 1.5 hours with rude staff. Everyone seamed that they didn't want to be here. If I was an employer I would look else where. A room full of people getting paid to sit!

Each time I have came here the staff has been excellent very professional, Very friendly, Showed concern about my problem, Treated me get me in-and-out..

I went here for a self-paid DOT physical and drug screens and was in the waiting room for 2 hours almost and watched the nurses back behind the desk on their phone talking the whole time nobody walked out of the back as far as a patient before they called me. There was only two of us sitting in the waiting room. The people at this location are getting worse and worse every year.
