I know 3 people that went here. All three have said they were traumatized from the experience they all reported daily safety issues and being treated like they were slaves with no care for there mental health. One said he got to visit with his parents only once despite daily good behavior.DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. only by court order
This place sucks. I would not send your kids here. As a previous resident, I know what Im talking about. The staff dont even care about you, they just look for ways to get you in trouble.
If I could give it a 0 I would. I worked here for approximately 3 months and I would recommend keeping your children from this facility. In my experience, they vouch for running off of the model “Love and Logic” however they actually do the exact opposite. Often times, staff were rude and unaccommodating to the simplest of requests from the residents, then when residents attempted to stick up for themselves and assert their rights, they were punished by having an extreme amount of points taken / getting “grounded”. Honestly if i could give them a zero i would! They tell you they are teaching you how to be in the real world but that never was the case they brainwashed you and made you feel like your problems weren’t your problem and made you feel so little about everything!
