Horrible company! The employees are the worst I have ever dealt with. Also, if you see them driving in your area be aware. They drive recklessly. I got so many complaints from neighbors about them.
We built our house 4 years ago, and couldn't be happier with it and our experience with summit oak. Greg and his team are amazing. I think, in this day and age it is saying something if you would work with a company again and we definitely would. Clay and Erika are the best.

We built with Summit Oaks 3 years and it was by far the best experience we could have asked for. Every individual in the office/team was so knowledgeable, kind, full of integrity, and honestly made you feel like a priority. The owner paid close attention to the details, the designer gave us so many beautiful options and was so creative in her approach, the project manager was on top of every contractor expecting nothing less then top notch work. We would highly recommend building with Summit Oaks again.
