They are quiet and honestly all the way around nice ....there's good ppl good vibes and love the neighborhood.....Michelle is a pretty awesome person and very nice
I really love our apartment manager Machell is so wonderful and she gets things done and she turned this place around I feel much safer hear and l love it more .. and the maintenance man Paul and Nick are also awesome they do wonderful work when work orders are placed they get right on it and they do wonderful job of fixing things.. my hubby and I love it so much we are very happy hear .. and to be honest Michelle is the best of the best of property management we ever had and I am so blessed and so thankful that we have her ... read more
Me and my kids have lived here for like 4 years. We love it!!! Management is the best, she always helps us if needed!! Maintenance guys are all nice too.
I have lived at the clearing apartments in Lees summit since November of 2023! Michelle has been super helpful to me with everything I’ve reached out for! It’s almost like having a mom as a landlord! I’d recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a place to call home for a short while or a long while! Thank you so much to Michelle, for everything you’ve done for me while I’ve been a resident!
