Dr.Alberts has been so helpful on my weightloss hormonal journey! She listens, she cares and gives great advice! She found a 5 day fasting program for me. I laughed thinking I could never do that. She talked through it with me and was encouraging and I decided to go for it! I just finished and I feel amazing!!
