I had the worst experience here today. Two separate technicians caused me to bleed (woman who did my pedicure and a man who did my nails). I asked the man doing my nails for a dip manicure and never got a manicure (only polish application). I asked again during the process and he basically brushed it off. I then notice after I had left that there is a chemical stain on my purse that I am certain was not there when I went in. I called the salon to make a complaint to a manager.
